BETH ANGHARAD
​Producer and camera oporator
I am a 20 year old full time student from Pontypridd. I am currently in my second year living in Cardiff studying Cynhyrchu yn y Cyfryngau Bilingual Pathway (Media Production) in the University of South Wales: ATRiuM School of Creative and Cultural Industries. I am a very creative person and I am extremely interested in the media industry. Over the last two years I have had lots of experience filming, script writing, radio, web design, directing, events managing and photography for different assignments in University.

As part of my work experience I’ve had the chance to do a variety of things to gain more skills in the industry. I took part in a production crew as a runner for ‘Y Lle’ on S4c on a program called ‘Staylist Wars’ and I have also been a runner for ‘SSP Media Production’ in an awards ceremony in City Hall in Cardiff. I’ve done photography of local shows in Pontypridd for local newspapers such as the ‘Pontypridd Observer’. I have been lucky enough to experience being a camera operator for many companies such as Skint Student Production, SSP Media, Y Lle on S4C and 4Barsrest. This was all part of creating various products such as promo’s, short films for children, music video’s and short films. Also in February 2013 I was part of a ‘Digital Crew’ in Aberystwyth that involved doing photography, filming and advertising online for a welsh show called ‘Y Bont’. We won an award for best digital content at the ‘Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru’.
